Counselling & Therapy Fees

First Session Information

The first session is an opportunity for you to see if I’m the right fit for you. There is no commitment to continue after this session. During your initial meeting (standard fee applies), we will discuss your goals and concerns. It’s also a chance for you to experience the therapeutic approach I use and ask any questions.

If, after this appointment, you feel that I’m not the right fit for your needs, there’s no pressure to continue. I aim to ensure you feel comfortable and supported from your initial contact.
