The first session is an opportunity for you to see if I’m the right fit for you. There is no commitment to continue after this session. During your initial meeting (standard fee applies), we will discuss your goals and concerns. It’s also a chance for you to experience the therapeutic approach I use and ask any questions.
If, after this appointment, you feel that I’m not the right fit for your needs, there’s no pressure to continue. I aim to ensure you feel comfortable and supported from your initial contact.
Sessions last 60 minutes and are held on Tuesdays at:
9:30 am, 11 am, 2 pm, or 3:30 pm
* Subject to availability.
Individual sessions (Face-to-Face, Online via Microsoft Teams, or Telephone): £60 for a 60-minute appointment. This fee also applies to the initial session.
If this is outside your budget, I offer suggestions on other support that might be available to you on my FAQ page.
How to pay: Payments are accepted via bank transfer.
For the initial appointment, payment is required within 48 hours of booking. Any further sessions, payment should be made at least 12 hours before your session to confirm the booking.
I am aware that life can be unpredictable, and there might be times when you need to rearrange or cancel one of your sessions. I ask that you give me as much notice as possible, with a minimum of 24 hours.
Cancellations of less than 24 hours may incur the full session fee.
