This is the second Reiki Principle.
Anger can be both a helpful or unhelpful emotion depending on how it is expressed.
Anger can be used to empower us and take action. It can be used to defend ourselves and those close to us. It gives us a voice to express unfairness and injustice that is done to us or to those that we love. It can also bring people together to fight for social injustices. However, there can be a less positive side to anger. Anger can become destructive, causing issues to the person who is angry and to those around them. I run Gendai Reiki courses in central Durham. Please contact me if you are interested in undertaking this training. That way I can keep you informed as to when I will be running the next class.
There are four levels in Gendai Reiki. If you decided to learn level one there is no requirement for you to move beyond this level. Level one gives you the skills you need to be able to use Reiki in your everyday life and this may be all you are needing from it.
